Founded by two experienced UK estate agents, Michael Saltsman
and David Allcock. With over 50 years combined experience we
know a thing or two about property.
We guarantee no hard sell which is perhaps why we are still a
small friendly company where you deal with the directors here in
the UK and experienced licensed English speaking agents
overseas.
We offer a full range of property types, styles & prices with
budgets to suit most pockets. From land to off-plan, traditional
properties or even design & build we are here to help.

All the properties that we display are genuine
properties available for purchase at the time of
listing. The information and photographs are supplied by
the owner or the person responsible for selling the
property locally. We provide the information on the
understanding that we believe the details to be correct
and accurate but we are unable to guarantee the
contents. Some details are translated into English by
ourselves and some by our colleagues overseas and there
are occasions that a term does not translate exactly. In
all cases clients considering the purchase of a property
should visit the property and satisfy themselves as to
the condition, size and location of the property before
entering into negotiation or contract to buy.
We advertise all our properties with a price in
£sterling - this is a guide only and clients should be
aware that exchange rates at the time of purchase should
be considered carefully. We try to quote the local
(currency) price and will always supply this if
requested.
The sales/purchase procedure varies from country to
country but it is common for one official (usually a
notary) to undertake all the legal work often utilising
a power of attorney. All clients are advised to consider
independent legal advice before entering into any
contract.
Clients should also ensure that they are familiar with
their obligations under contracts especially payment of
deposits, stage payments, taxes, fees etc and we must
stress that unlike the UK system a purchaser is often
committed to the purchase at a very early stage and a
change of mind can be an expensive decision.
